How long does a first consultation take?
Your first consultation typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour. We'll discuss your lifestyle, style preferences, and the garments you have in mind. There's no pressure and no obligation to commission anything on the spot.
How many fittings will I need?
For a full bespoke suit, we typically schedule 2–3 fitting appointments. The first is a baste fitting where we evaluate the rough structure; the second and third refine every seam and detail. Custom shirts and smaller pieces may require only one fitting.
What is the typical turnaround time?
A full bespoke suit is delivered in 4 weeks from the first fitting. Custom shirts are also ready in 4 weeks. If you have a specific event or deadline, let us know at consultation and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer rush commissions?
Yes, we offer rush services for urgent commissions, subject to our current workload. A rush fee applies for timelines shorter than 4 weeks. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific timeline.
What is your pricing structure?
All pricing is transparent and discussed at your complimentary consultation. Pricing varies based on fabric selection, garment type, and complexity. We do not charge for consultations or fabric viewings — reach out to get started.
Do you work with clients who are hard to fit?
Absolutely — this is one of the primary advantages of bespoke tailoring. We regularly work with clients who have asymmetrical frames, non-standard proportions, or have struggled with off-the-rack and made-to-measure options. Every pattern is made uniquely for you.
